Yoga for Piles

Piles Or Hemorrhoids

Piles are one of the problems which are common to both genders.

soft balloon-like swelling of the veins around the anus is the primary symptom of hemorrhoids. When they remain swollen it is called ‘developed piles’.  When developed piles appear outside the anus they are called ‘external’, and when they appear inside they are called ‘internal’. If blood starts oozing out of developed piles, they are called ‘bleeding piles’. But not all piles bleed. If, instead, they are painful, aching, burning or itching, they are called ‘dry piles’. Causes for Hemorrhoids (piles)

These may be due to heredity, Varicose veins Mechanical factors (prolonged standing and pregnancy), Constipation Defective functioning of the liver Lack of physical exercise Sexual over-indulgence Ageing. Hemorrhoids (piles) are veins around the anus that have become swollen. This usually happens as a result of constipation due to the defective functioning of the liver.

Constipation and pressure during passing of faeces is the root cause of Piles. No matter how persistent or acute (even for people who haven’t had proper bowel movement for a month), Constipation is quickly curable with Yoga.

Yoga Ashwini is the age old physical medicine for Piles that cures permanently by improving blood circulation and tensile strength of anal pads. Surgery leads to loss of the elasticity and tensile strength of the anal sphincter. It causes anal leakage and inability to contain bowel movement. Recurrence of the piles after surgery is also common. Surgery is not the solution it seems to be, don’t rush into it and regret later.

Experience the Magic of Ashwini Mudra, a very simple yet most effective Piles Treatment that is little known even in India. Thousands of  victims have healed quickly and permanently with World Yoga Societies clinical therapy expertise.

“ Ashwini Mudra” is to contract the anus. Squeeze it for 5-10 seconds. Then to let go and relax. Repeat this 10 times. It takes just a minute. Do it as often as you can. At least 6-10 times a day. While you sit in office, in a bus, watch TV, cook or walk on the road. No one will know.

Repeating it often is key to quick remedy. In 21 days your agony will leave your behind.

Ashwini Mudra also helps cure sexual problems and stamina in both Men and Women. It is the root behind “Kegel Exercises” a highly recommended modern medical protocol.
