It is an International drink.
we are giving some variety recipes of Coffee try to add a special Coffee touch and share with your dear ones.

1)Thai Iced Coffee

lb dark roast ground coffee
8cups cold water
1/2-teaspoon vanilla extract
14-ounces sweetened condensed milk
Stir together ground coffee and cold water in a pitcher until well combined.
Let stand at room temperature for 12 hours.
Pour coffee mixture through a large, fine wire mesh strainer into a large container,with out grounds.
place a coffee filter or double layer of cheesecloth in strainer. Pour coffee mixture through lined strainer into a
pitcher.
Add vanilla extract. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week, if desired.
Stir together coffee mixture and sweetened condensed milk.
Serve over ice.

2) Cold coffee recipe – quick easy and refreshing cold coffee
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 ½ tablespoons, powdered
Instant coffee powder – 1 ½ to 2 teaspoons
Ice cubes – 4-5
Take everything (milk, coffee, sugar, ice) into the blender.
Blend it for a minute until it gets smoothy
Pour it into a big serving glass or mug.
Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles if you wish to do so.
Serve immediately.

3) Coffee milk shake recipe:

1 tbsp- instant coffee powder
2 cups of cold milk
1 tbsp Hot choclate Mix
5 scoops of vanilla icecream

Place milk, hot choclate mix and instant coffee in a blender jar and blend on for 5-10 secs
Add Icecream and blend again for smoothy texture
now pour it in serving glasses and dont delay to taste it.

4) Receipe for black coffee:

pour some warm but not boiling water into the jar and then empty this out.
Next you need to place in the coffee grounds use 2 tablespoons of grounds for every cup of coffee that you are making.
Now you can add the hot water (preferably use water that has just boiled).
Place the plunger lid back on top of the pot. Once the plunger is in place mix it around a bit as this will stop the
grounds from settling in one place at the top of the jar and then after a minute or so you can then press the plunger
down. However there are some coffee connoisseurs who actually prefer to press the plunger down as soon as they place the lid on. But the decision is yours as to when this happens. Now you can start to pour and enjoy.
5)To make a Caribbean coffee, you need to heat a coconut in a hot oven for half an hour. Once the coconut has cooled break it open and grate the flesh inside. Heat this in a saucepan with coconut milk and regular milk until it becomes thick, and then run it through a strainer to remove the coconut pieces, stir in a couple of shots of high quality espresso and enjoy.

6) The Mexican Mocha is a spicy, warming blend of colorful flavors, perfectly suited to that part of the world. Mix
chocolate syrup with ground cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Add a cup if freshly brewed coffee, preferably Mexican in
origin, and a little sugar if required. Little whipped cream on the top with a further sprinkle of cinnamon finishes the
drink perfectly.

7) Turkish coffee is unusual in that it is actually boiled, often in coffee makers made for the purpose called dzezvas.
The finely ground coffee is mixed with water and sugar and then brought to the boil. The resulting drink is thick dark and strong, and the grinds can sometimes be cut with cardamom to produce a distinctive taste.

8)For a complete change in temperature, try the Vietnamese iced coffee. Condensed milk, fresh filter coffee and ice are mixed together with very tasty result.

9) Vanilla-Ginger Café 
1 teaspoon finely chopped candied ginger or ginger syrup
2 shots (2 ounces) espresso
1 tablespoon Vanilla Flavored Coffee Creamer
1/2 cup steamed lowfat milk
Instructions:
PLACE ginger in large mug or tall heatproof glass. Brew espresso over ginger; stir well. Stir in Coffee-mate; top with
steamed milk.

10)Hot Buttered White Chocolate Caramel
teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon slightly softened butter
2 shots (2 ounces) espresso
2 tablespoons White Chocolate Caramel Latte Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer, heated
Instructions:
BLEND sugar and butter together in coffee mug; add espresso, Coffee-mate and rum and stir until sugar is dissolved

11)Hot Chocolate & Vanilla 
1/2 cup French Roast 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
1 cup Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor Hot Cocoa Mix
1 cup French Vanilla Flavor Powdered Coffee Creamer
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
PLACE coffee granules in coffee grinder; process until smooth. Combine coffee, cocoa mix, Coffee-mate and cinnamon in container and store tightly covered.
STIR 3 tablespoons mix into 1 cup hot water.
