Timepass Chitchat.. nothing but CHAI … T . Many types of T’s are available but when we comes to most popular ones among Masala, ginger, Jagerry, IRANI CHAI plays major  play and every one’s choice especially in evenings .

How to prepare IRANI CHAI?

Friends try to prepare this in house and share your T time with your dear ones today.
4 cups of whole milk without a drop of water.
2 tsp sugar. Optional if you want more sweet, add more sugar. If you are adding Nestle milk maid instead of khoya or mawa, decrease sugar.
one big cardamom
Ginger (optional) if you want it.
2 tb sp of tea powder.

Boil water for some time .Make a decoction of tea powder by adding 3 cups of water into 2 tbsp of tea powder. Make a powder of the big cardamom and add to the decoction. Cover the vessel to prevent escaping steam. Boil it for around 30-45 minutes. Finally it should become half cup of filtered decoction.
On an another burner, boil 4 cups of whole milk till it is reduced to 1.5 cup.Milk should turned into creamish colour with top thick layer.now take a cup and store the top layer seperately. Now add the half cup of filtered decoction to it thus making it the ultimate 2 cups of world famous hyderabadi irani chai\tea. Finally add a bit of collected cream on chai.

If you want you can add khova also for additional delicious sweet touch.
